You will have the opportunity to meet potential partners across the Atlantic for the Canada & UK Net Zero Value Chains – Transportation competition which launches on the 4th of April and closes on the 29th of June.

Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation, will work with the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) to invest a total of up to £4 million in innovation projects that enable transition to net zero for the automotive, rail and maritime transportation sectors.

Joint Canadian and UK collaborative research and development (CR&D) projects will centre around the following themes:

  • Low and zero emission propulsion
  • Advanced materials and manufacturing
  • Highly disruptive technologies
  • Assistive technologies and control systems

All interested parties who still require a partner should be attending. We will be using a platform called Airmeet which will allow speed and virtual table networking throughout the two-hour event.

This event is designed to enable partnerships and collaboration for Canada & UK Net Zero Value Chains – Transportation R and D competition. Please consider this if you already have a consortium ready to apply.
