Driving the Electric Revolution – PEMD Skills Hub

Innovate UK’s Driving the Electric Revolution challenge, part of UK Research and Innovation, is to invest in a single project to create a Power Electronic, Machines and Drives (PEMD) focused Skills Hub to provide signposting and access to existing and new training courses for learners & businesses, material for educators, and engaging information for Outreach. The Skills Hub will curate a range of online and face-to-face courses covering all levels, including undergraduate degrees, apprenticeships, masters, short courses and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

This Skills Hub will provide a lasting platform that will connect businesses and learners with course providers, enabling education & training to new learners, to professionals already working in PEMD, and to those wanting to develop expertise in new or specialist areas.
Driving the Electric Revolution will be supporting the development of new content for this hub through a separate Driving the Electric Revolution funding stream. Details of this separate funding stream will be announced in due course.
