Exploring the Art of the Possible

AI for Services podcast series share the personal stories of the founders who are leading the development of the awarded UKRI Next Generation Services Challenge projects. This Autumn 2021 series is dedicated to the three Research Programme winners.

In this episode, Astrid Ayel interviews Professor Tim Vorley, Pro Vice Chancellor and Dean of Oxford Brookes University, who is leading the “Innovating Next Generation Services through Collaborative Design” research project also called NextGenPSF

Tim shares his experience working with mid-sized accountancy and law firms to approach the AI readiness challenge through a process of collaborative design. The team has published the AI in Readiness toolkit “a series of methodologies and a process that firms can employ to help them understand what the problem or the challenges are to which AI can be applied to.”  Thanks to the funding and work undertaken by the project team, professionals have been able to explore the art of the possible.
