Covid-19 has led to a world-wide pause and many businesses have faced stark choices. But history shows that crises can lead to innovation and creativity and, during the past few months, evidence of companies adapting, pivoting and innovating has emerged. They’ve done it to survive, to adapt and to connect. Distilleries are making hand sanitiser, textile factories are producing PPE and motorsports companies became involved in ventilators.

The panel will discuss how we maintain this impetus, whether this creativity and innovation was purely a necessity to survive or if it has encouraged companies to do more? They will examine if human ingenuity only flourishes in the face of adversity or whether Covid-19 has allowed companies to embrace innovation, to understand the potential and to make it a key driver for their business.

This webcast is part of the ‘Beyond Covid-19’ series that KTN is hosting on various sectors where there have been fundamental changes, considering at what the future might look like and how innovation can play a part in the bounce back. There are links below to the recordings of those that have taken place.
