Call for projects for the AgeTech Accelerator Programme Round 4
AgeTech aims to offer free support through EU funding to successful organisations working on products for older people.
If you have an idea, product or service which will benefit the older generation or help our local authorities and health service tackle the challenge of an ageing population, then the AgeTech Accelerator could be for you.
AgeTech aims to offer free support through EU funding to successful organisations who are developing a product or service that could help older people to be happier, healthier, or more connected. AgeTech offers a unique opportunity to experiment with your innovative products in the Silver Economy. The AgeTech Accelerator will help you to develop the right product and target the most appropriate market and consumers. Round 4 of the Programme will see successful business have the opportunity to co-create, test and get Silver Economy businesses and market advice from partners in France and the Netherlands with an option to get further services from partners in the UK and Belgium in Wave 5.
The programme is open to products in all categories but for Round 4 there is a particular interest in:
-       Dementia
-       Frailty
-       Care Robotics
To be eligible to apply you must be:
-       An SME, solo entrepreneur, or large company with a new product/service, or a not-for-profit organisation
-       Developing a product that keeps older people independent, healthy or more connected
-       Located within the 2 SEAS programme area – that is specified regions in the UK, France, Netherlands or Belgium. More info here.
