Learn about opportunities for agri-tech in the Indian agricultural market

An Indian Market Catalyst Event is taking place on 15 January in London.

Willand Group are hosting a conference for businesses wishing to learn more about accessing the Indian agricultural market, highlighting opportunities for agricultural technologies to expand into this rapidly growing area.

The event will feature a presentation by Johan Aasen of Segel India, a private limited Indo-Norwegian joint venture company who specialise in providing access to the Indian market. Johan will elaborate on the many opportunities for businesses to establish themselves in India and share his experiences of trading in India over the past 30 years.

Daniel Larn, Managing Director of Willand Group Ltd., will provide an introduction to the Willand Farm Platform project, run in partnership with a number of Indian companies and academic institutions, aimed at facilitating access to the Indian market.

There are also opportunities for companies to take the stand and present themselves to the businesses, financiers and investors in the room. Guests from various financial institutions will explain how they can assist companies looking to take advantage of the gaps in the market in India, as well as more generally assisting with growth here in the UK and Europe.
