A regular and valued feature as part of Digital Manufacturing Week, Made Smarter Innovation Alley and the Emerging Technology Show are the UK’s leading showcase of all the new and developing technologies that will change the landscape of manufacturing over the next five to ten years.

Located at the very heart of Smart Factory Expo, the exhibition running alongside Digital Manufacturing Week, Made Smarter Innovation Alley and Emerging Technology Show is an amazing opportunity for disruptive technology businesses to showcase their game-changing innovations targeting the UK’s manufacturing sector.

KTN and Innovate UK have been working alongside the organiser, The Manufacturer, to enable 50 of the UK’s most innovative businesses to exhibit FREE and in-person on Innovation Alley on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th November 2021. To be eligible companies must:

  • Be less than 5 years old OR have less than 10 staff
  • Be based in the UK
  • Have an innovative product/service targeted at manufacturers
  • Not have previously exhibited on Innovation Alley

Hear from some of the companies who exhibited on Innovation Alley in 2019 in the video below.

Deyrick Allen from IOT Horizon who exhibited in 2019 said, “Innovation Alley was a great opportunity to build our brand and showcase our innovative RFID wireless solutions. A well-known aviation company came back 3 times to talk to us as they were excited by the technology. We cemented new clients at the show and created some long-standing supplier relationships. A big thank you goes to KTN for the opportunity to exhibit and the support they have provided.”

New for 2021, the Emerging Technology Show will showcase the wealth of low TRL research being undertaken to support digital manufacturing innovation in UK academic institutions.

Running alongside the exhibitions will be the Made Smarter Investor Readiness Programme where early stage companies involved in the show can access support to refine their investment proposition and pitch their digital manufacturing idea to a panel of investors.
