RWM Exhibition to take place 11th – 12th September in Birmingham: get your free tickets today

UK Circular Plastics Network will be hosting a networking arena at the Recycling and Waste Management exhibition.

The UK’s largest Recycling & Waste Management Exhibition, RWM, will be taking place 11th and 12th September at the NEC in Birmingham. Supported by The Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM), RWM provides a platform for showcasing the innovations that are shaping the future of sustainability.

 

RWM hosts 500 exhibitors, 22,000 visitors, 350 seminars and 30 panel sessions, with 1-2-1 expert advice and networking opportunities. RWM prides itself on being the only UK event of this scale for the recycling and waste industry, delivering expert advice via seminars, live demos of the latest technology and market leading companies showcasing their products and services.

 

The Headline Keynote Speaker on 12th September will be Jeremy Paxman as patron of Clean Up Britain. Some of the other confirmed speakers for 2019 include: Dr Annie Meier of NASA; Tom Szaky, Founder & CEO of TerraCycle; Oliver Rosevear, Head of Sustainability at Costa Coffee; Mary Creagh of the Environment Audit Committee; and David Palmer-Jones of SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK.

 

RWM covers the following areas: energy from waste; handling and logistics; machinery and equipment; recyclers and reprocessers; data tech and services; AI and robotics; and zero emissions. The 2019 edition will feature several news zones, including Materials World – a dedicated area for specialist materials associations. Waste Tech Live will showcase cutting edge technology and how it can benefit industry, while RWM will also feature a Zero Emissions Vehicle Test Track.

 

Innovate UK will also be showcasing the great research and development work going on in the research and waste industry with Innovation City. Visitors to the show include CEOs, COOs, Managing Directors/Owners, as well as many others in positions of responsibility, totalling around 22,000 attendees in total, making RWM a perfect opportunity to network and raise your profile. In addition to this, RWM will host the Innovation Awards 2019, recognising the products and services making the greatest impact across the recycling and waste management industries.
