Project Manager, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships
Narpal is the Project Manager for the Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) programme.
The Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) support businesses to engage with expert academic teams on a project-based collaboration delivering sustainable innovation with positive economic impact and additional societal or environmental benefits.
She previously worked as a Knowledge Transfer Manager for Health, with a particular focus on biologics and biopharmaceuticals. Narpal has extensive experience in B2B marketing, specialising in the healthcare sector. Prior to joining KTN, she held senior roles with bioProcess UK and BIA, where she worked closely with Government in the organisation of trade missions. She holds a degree in Business Studies and Marketing and is a member of CIM.
