Sharon Perry

As Knowledge Transfer Advisor, I currently support the delivery of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership scheme in the East of England.

Academically a metallurgist, I have technical expertise in traditional manufacturing techniques, such as Casting and Forging, as well as extensive experience in Manufacturing and Production Engineering. I have worked across a number of industry sectors, including aerospace, automotive, industrial and agri/arboricultural in both technical and managerial positions.

In particular, I enjoy working within the SME sector, supporting companies to use their strengths and specialisms to build their companies, develop a skilled workforce and explore other opportunities within their local and national network to assist in their business developmental journey.
