Veronica Frincu: KTM, Diversity & Inclusion

As a Knowledge Transfer Manager for Diversity and Inclusion, Veronica’s main main role entails delivering the Innovate UK diversity and inclusion agenda across Innovate UK priority programmes and the KTN work programme. She also works on raising the profile of diversity and inclusion internally, supporting teams to reach new audiences and ensuring that their activities are inclusive.

Veronica has experience in: programme management, community building, diversity and inclusion strategies, supporting the development of the tech/engineering leaders of tomorrow with a focus on those from an underrepresented groups (e.g. women, ethnic minorities, with a disability).

Veronica is passionate about empowering tomorrow’s leaders in creating an equitable, sustainable world where we can all thrive and achieve more.
