Veronika Barankova

In my role as Project Coordinator in the Global Alliance team, I support two international programmes – Global Expert Missions and European Programmes – with project management, administration, logistics and stakeholder management.

As a part of Global Expert Missions, I am working on the delivery of exploratory visits to selected countries to explore innovation, technology and potential for collaboration, partnerships, and opportunities for UK companies. In the European Programmes, I am supporting the team in efforts to help UK businesses to get involved in the European funds and with other stakeholders across Europe.

My background lies in project management, innovation management, research & analysis, and business development of multidisciplinary projects covering areas such as innovative technologies for cities (IoT, big data, 5G), digitalisation, data ecosystems, green transition, and smart cities.
