Connecting the value chain of the UK Metamaterials community with industry, research expertise and business support to drive commercialisation.
Metamaterials have been highlighted as an advanced material opportunity for the UK in the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Innovation Strategy. In response to this, Innovate UK KTN have created the following interactive map to provide insight into the organisations, universities and research centres actively working with metamaterials or that can facilitate innovation in the sector. This map will be a new way to explore the thriving metamaterials community in the UK. You can browse the map by searching their main interests, active sectors, and capabilities they can offer you.
The map is dynamic, regularly updated and will continue to evolve over time, capturing the growing Metamaterials community.
If you would like your company to be featured on the map, please enter your details here, or contact our Commercialising Metamaterials Innovation Network Lead, Stephen Morris.
