Andrea is a Knowledge Transfer Manager on the UK-Africa KTN programme.  In this role, she draws on experience gained through her graduate research in Sierra Leone and her time working for different UN agencies.

As a Knowledge Management Consultant for UN-Habitat, Andrea helped systematise and assess a global portfolio of land tenure projects, the output of which supported a Global Land Tool Network (GLTN) Guide to Impact Evaluation of Land Tenure and Land Governance. This was followed by a consultancy at the UN’s International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), where she worked as a Logframe Analyst for the East and Southern Africa Division.
Prior to joining the International & Development Team in September 2019, Andrea spent a year working at KTN as an Analyst, first with the Smart Specialisation Hub and then with the Innovation Insights and Policy Team.

Originally from Canada, she holds a BASc in Sustainability from McGill University and an MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development from UCL.
